Smith confirms funding boost for Model School, Bailieborough
The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Cavan/Monaghan, T.D., Mr. Brendan Smith has confirmed that Model School, Bailieborough has been approved for grant aid towards conversion works at the school.
The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Cavan/Monaghan, T.D., Mr. Brendan Smith has confirmed that Model School, Bailieborough has been approved for grant aid towards conversion works at the school.
The grant aid has been approved by his colleague, the Minister for Education and Science, Mr. Batt O’Keeffe and is according to Minister Smith, a welcome boost to the school.
“The Model School, Bailieborough is a long established part of the educational infrastructure of County Cavan with deep roots over many generations in the local community. I would like to congratulate all associated with the school for the very high standard of education on offer to its pupils. This funding boost will I know be of great assistance to the school in sustaining and further developing its excellent reputation”, Minister Smith said.
