Smith confirms funding approval for Mullahoran Central NS
The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Cavan/Monaghan T.D., Mr. Brendan Smith has confirmed that his Government colleague the Minister for Education and Science, Mr Batt O’Keeffe T.D. has approved funding under the Summer Works Scheme 2009, for Mullahoran Central NS, Kilcogy.
The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Cavan/Monaghan T.D., Mr. Brendan Smith has confirmed that his Government colleague the Minister for Education and Science, Mr Batt O’Keeffe T.D. has approved funding under the Summer Works Scheme 2009, for Mullahoran Central NS, Kilcogy.
Minister Smith stated that the additional funding with allow Mullahoran Central NS to undertake essential upgrading of tarmacadem and guttering at the school.
The Minister congratulated Principal, Ms. Fionnula McGahern and her teaching staff as well as the parents and children of the school and stated that the funding was a big boost to the local community.
