Further good news for Cavan schools-SMITH
There is further good news for schools in County Cavan this week according to Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Cavan/Monaghan, T.D., Brendan Smith.
He has been informed by An Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills, Mary Coughlan, T.D. that she has approved funding to replace a boundary fence at St. Brigid’s NS, Tunnyduff and the upgrade of the entrance and access road at the Model School, Bailieborough.
“I am delighted that the good work continues in approving funding for schools right across County Cavan. Both St. Brigid’s NS, and the Model School are very much deserving of this boost which I know will be welcomed by all associated with both schools,”, Minister Smith said.
