Improvement work for Kilnaleck National School
Mr. Brendan Smith T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food has welcomed the recent announcement by Ms. Mary Hanafin T.D., Minister for Education and Science that she has now approved grant assistance towards replacement of the heating system in Kilnaleck National School.
Minister Smith also stated that funding has also been approved towards the provision of outdoor play facilities at this school and this funding is being provided under the CLÁR Programme.
The Cavan/Monaghan Fianna Fáil T.D. also added that the Minister for Education and Science had also approved an application under the Summer Works Scheme to have electrical improvement works carried out to the school. He added that these improvement works will enhance considerably the school facilities.
