Funding for Kilnaleck & Blacklion Groups
Mr Brendan Smith T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food has announced that further grant assistance has now been approved in respect of South West Cavan CDP Limited and Kilnaleck Community Connections, Blacklion.
Minister Smith stated that he had been informed by his colleague Mr Noel Ahern T.D., Minister of State, Department of Rural, Community and Gaeltacht Affairs that he has now approved grant assistance of €7,000 to Community Connections to run a programme of activities involving the elderly and young people.
Minister Smith stated that €10,400 has been approved for South West Cavan CDP Limited towards the provision of training courses and the purchase of equipment.
