Childcare Grants for Milltown, Cootehill and Cavan
Mr. Brendan Smith, T.D., Minister of State has announced that the Minister for Children, Mr. Brian Lenihan, T.D., has now approved further grant assistance towards the provision of Childcare facilities in County Cavan.
Mr. Brendan Smith, T.D., Minister of State has announced that the Minister for Children, Mr. Brian Lenihan, T.D., has now approved further grant assistance towards the provision of Childcare facilities in County Cavan.
Minister Smith stated that a Capital Grant of €187,120 had been approved for Drumlane Community Partnership towards the provision of a Childcare Facility at Milltown and €73,127 had also been approved for The Childrens House at Ashbrook Manor, Moynehall, Cavan.
The Cavan/Monaghan Fianna Fáil T.D also announced that a Staffing Grant of €44,100 had been approved for Cootehill Community Resource House.
Minister Smith welcomed these grants and he stated that these approvals are further evidence of this Government’s commitment to the Childcare Sector and he added that a large number of projects in County Cavan had been approved for Grant Assistance over the past number of years.
