Mr Brendan Smith, T.D., Minister of State has welcomed the decision by the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Mr Éamon Ó Cuiv, T.D., to grant Clár funding of € 20,000 to Arva and Mullahoran under the CLÁR Village and Countryside Enhancement Scheme.

Mr Brendan Smith, T.D., Minister of State has welcomed the decision by the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Mr Éamon Ó Cuiv, T.D., to grant Clár funding of € 20,000 to Arva and Mullahoran under the CLÁR Village and Countryside Enhancement Scheme.

 

Minister Smith stated that this CLÁR funding, together with funding from Cavan-Monaghan Leader, Cavan County Council and local contribution brings the total of funding to € 60,000.

 

Minister Smith concluded that this funding will facilitate new footpaths in the village of Arva and a community car park in the village of Mullahoran.
