Additional Roadworks Programme Approved
Local Fianna Fail T.D. and Minister of State Brendan Smith has welcomed the approval issued to Cavan County Council to carry out additional road improvement works to the value of €482,660.
Local Fianna Fail T.D. and Minister of State Brendan Smith has welcomed the approval issued to Cavan County Council to carry out additional road improvement works to the value of €482,660.
Minister Smith stated that this funding has been approved by Ministers Dick Roche and Éamon Ó Cuiv, under the CLÁR Programme. He added that the largest ever road works programme is underway in Co. Cavan this year with a total allocation of € 31 Million being approved. A further allocation is to be made under the Local Improvement Scheme.
